This is the third time that I have worked on the Microsoft Technical Roadshow for BBL Events (see 2007 event). This year the events took place in cinemas across the UK with audience numbers between 250 and 600.

The tour took in London, Cardiff, Manchester, Glasgow and Newcastle. Again, I had an overall responsibility for the delivery of the events from start to finish, working closely with the event management team from Microsoft.

I looked after all venue management, briefings for staff, on site management and management of the production teams. I also looked after the budget and made sure that all of the Microsoft staff had the right accommodation at the right time.
